Coach's Corner
For the 2009 season the UNC cycling team will be coached by Scott
Wenzel. Scott brings a wealth of
knowledge to the UNC cycling team and will personalize each person’s training
to help them reach their individual goals. Scott Wenzel has being racing competitively for 7 years. He raced
for the UNC Cycling team while he was a student and in 2005 he graduated from
UNC with a bachelor degree in Sports and Exercise Science. During the
2007 and 2008 race seasons Scott spent 6 month at the Cycling Center in
Hertsberge, Belgium. Scott has coached
both cyclist and triathletes, and worked under Rick Crawford. Scott can
